Fans of Kathleen Hanna (pictured) were likely the major factor in The Punk Singer taking the best per-screen average at the box office over the weekend. Opening on two screens in New York City (one of them in hip Williamsburg, Brooklyn) and one in Los Angeles, the doc about the riot grrrl icon made a total of $25k, which divided up as a little over $8k …
